Exact location with directions will be sent to ticket holders 2 weeks prior to the event. There is no cell service so it is recommended that you print these directions before you leave. From Portland, OR it is about a 3 hour drive. The location is roughly an hour east of Eugene, OR.
Onsite there is running water for cleaning and washing only, you may not drink or refill you water from these sources. There are also outdoor (private) showers and small sinks & a common meal area with a prep station. Outside of these services you are expected to be self reliant, meaning you need to bring everything you would need to live for however long you are staying including all food & drinking water. Please be prepared to take all your garbage out with you, “Pack it in pack it out”.
RV’s are permitted but due to limited space only a small number are allowed. You can add your RV pass during purchase (there is no extra cost, but there are limited spaces available). Please note that no power, sewage, or water services will be available to you. RV’s or truck/trailers over 33′ are not recommended due to narrow roads on the property. If you arrive without an RV/Trailer add on to your ticket we may have have to turn you away if there is no space for you.
Sorry! Unless you have a legal service animal no pets of any kind are allowed, please leave the furry friends at home. If you do require a service animal you must provide documentation when purchasing your ticket. Emotional support animals do not qualify.
No! Please prepare to be “off the grid” with no cell or internet service. There will be landline phone/internet available in case of emergencies only.
Arrivals will be limited to daylight hours only. Please plan to arrive between 3pm-8pm on Friday August 13th or between 11am-6pm on Saturday August 14th. You may depart at any time and final departures need to happen no later than 10am Monday August 16th.
Governmental instructions will be followed closely and we are limiting attendance to under 100 for both safety and an intimate experience . We expect more information about this topic as we get into the summer and the rules may change and evolve in accordance with local & federal guidance.
Please respect other people’s space and social distance when possible. In accordance with current guidelines if you are fully vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask in any space on the property. Consent – ask before entering others’ personal space or when engaging in physical contact. In general for this event wearing a mask is an indicator that you should get consent before entering that person(s) personal space. During the event, feel free to explore the other areas (the Yurt, stream, and overall property), but respect other campers and obtain their permission before entering their camps.
There is no strict requirement to prove you have received the COVID-19 vaccine, although we do highly encourage you to do so. However we do ask if you have not received the vaccine that you wear a mask in all areas of the property outside your camp and give your informed consent to those you interact closely with if you take your mask off.
While we are a small group and are planning this event for only a limited audience but want to eventually grow a following from the roots of this mini festival, none of this is possible without being inclusive of anyone who is willing to be a part of what we are building. Music festivals are often thought of as foundations for creative types and building experiences, we believe none of this is possible without being inclusive no matter your race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. Diversity fuels the best creativity in people and we want to encourage that.
Yes! You will need to contact us and have us transfer your ticket manually but this is possible. Only original ticket purchasers will be allowed to transfer tickets.
Yes! But only until 30 days before the event. At this point you will be unable to get a refund but you can transfer your ticket. (i.e. – private sale and email us to let us know who to transfer the ticket to) Only original ticket purchasers will be allowed to transfer tickets.
While anyone of all ages is welcome it may not be recommended. In general the attendee experience is 18+, so we recommend you leave the little ones at home.
Ticket prices were calculated with the overall attendance numbers in mind. Because this is such a small gathering (under 100 people in total) that price was needed in order to cover the costs of running the event to break even with a minimum overall attendance percentage. That money goes toward the cost of the venue, portable bathrooms, DJ gear, audio visual equipment, event insurance, and other odds and ends. Everyone helping organize and involved (including DJ’s) are not financially compensated other than ticket costs. There are no paid staff and all of those behind the scenes are not collecting an income from any ticket sales, all ticket revenue is spent only on operating this mini festival and all staff are operating as volunteers and some are even donating their time and effort to realize this festival.
You may car camp only in a certain area of the property. The car camping area is more exposed to the elements. If you want to park your car in the lot you can camp in the woods among the trees and end up being much closer to all the music and activities, we recommend this option!
We are not able to provide onsite ice at this time. Please plan to bring enough of your own to last 2 to 3 days.
